Stanisław Mazuś

Born in 1940 in Lublin. In the years 1961-1967 studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, completed a degree in prof. Eugene Eibisch. Two-time grant from the Ministry of Culture and the Arts. Since 1967 takes part in international national and regional exhibitions, competitions and open-air. He organized more than 200 solo exhibitions in the country, including in Lublin, Krakow, Olsztyn, Rzeszow, Wałbrzych, Plock, Kolobrzeg, Pile, Zielona Góra, Ustka, Poznan, Miechowie, Olkuszu. Nowy Targ, Wloclawek, Rastenburg, Gliwice, Kalisz, Tychy, Katowice, Poland, Pulawy, Czestochowa, Warsaw, Sopot, Tarnow, Nowy Sacz, Bielsko-Biala, Białystok, Opole, Lomza, Suwalki, Gorzow Wielkopolski, Bydgoszcz, Wroclaw, Busko Zdroj, Kielce, Biała Podlaska, Lodz and Cieszyn, as well as abroad in Sofia, Prague, Stockholm, Vienna, official signs, Aix-les-Bains, Milan, New York, Washington and Bratislava. He took part in presentations of Polish art abroad, including Miskolc, Madrid, Moscow, Ostrava, Budapest, Sofia, Zagorie, Karlovy Vary, Paris, Bayreuth, Ulan Bator, Barcelona, Bratislava, Prague, Athens, Berlin, Beuningen. His works are in the collections of institutions, museums, private collections in the country and abroad, including the Uffizi Gallery in Florence. He is the winner of numerous awards and honors.
