Stolorz Joseph was born in Katowice on 31 October 1950. Studied Conservation Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń and art history at the Catholic University of Lublin. In 1969 graduated from the School of Fine Arts in Katowice. Since 1991 he is a member of the Association of Polish Artists and Designers. In addition to easel painting for several years designing and implementing framing works of art. In my paintings I try to express nostalgia for a lost Eden and at the same time melancholy gray reality. Idealists are not in vogue today - the world has become very pragmatic, but I firmly believe that deep down we are all romantics.
